Wesleydale Facilities

Nau mai, haere mai. Feel free to contact us to come and check out the facilities. Below are details of the different spaces available to hire at Wesleydale. The prices displayed are GST inclusive and we offer a discount of 10% for regular users.

Equipment

Equipment includes trestle tables and chairs, a whiteboard (bring own whiteboard pens), and child safety gates for the outside door and top of the stairs, data projector in the Church.

Kitchen facilities in the Supper Room are available with any hire and include crockery, cutlery, and teapots.

Hall

Seats 80 people.
Hire fee:

  • $10 per hour ($10 minimum charge)
  • $50 full day (8 hours)

Supper Room

Seats 15-20 people.
Hire fee:

  • $10 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
  • $50 full day (8 hours)

Whare Karakia / Church Sanctuary

This is available on the agreement of the minister.
Hire fee:

  • $100 All-day use of the whole facility
  • For funerals: $50 use of the sanctuary
  • $75  use of whole facility

Building Use

The building is available to any who wish to book it on condition that there is no disrespect shown or expressed to the Christian beliefs of the building’s kaitiaki or the building with the memories it contains.
